I seriously feel intimidated by all the good art out there. I think that I've stalled in my development, and have no inspiration to move onwards.

I go through DeviantArt daily, looking at my favorite artists works. I know that at least 5 or six new pieces are put up every day, and they're all wonderful in their own particular ways.
They're wonderful, and mine are... well, not.

This hasn't happened before. I've always been confident that even though my art wasn't awesome at the time, I knew that I would be getting better with every piece I worked on. Now, I find it hard just to pick up a pen, fearful that all I'll do are some half assed pieces. I'm AFRAID to draw. For fear that I won't be able to put anything good there. Anything fresh there. I'm just spinning my wheels, drawing the same old stuff.

Am I alone in this? Is there a way to get out of this rut? Have I hit the wall, the one hwere I can't go forward anymore?

Am I too old now... I feel old. I feel like I'm stuck and can't get out.
